Escorts: A bad idea?
Breaking news from News.com today that reveals Jessica Simpson hired a male escort to go out with her on a blind date? Wow – things must be really bad for poor heart broken Jess! A beautiful and talented woman, dateless in a country like America – who would have thought?
That makes me question though – whether male escorts are really such a bad thing. They do have a stigma that escorts may also fall under the umbrella as prostitutes but I am sure those in the industry beg to differ! Escorts can be anything from dates for events to just great company.
But hells bells – is Jessica so desperate for friends she has to dial an escort?
I’ve always thought about what it would be like to date an escort? Of course, it would be solely to take to an event to impress my colleagues – but I wonder if the escort would be under the assumption that I would a little more than a friendly companion?
I don’t see hiring an escort as a bad thing – sure, sometimes it is hard to find a decent date to an event and when you want to impress, a male escort would be ideal. However, doing a Jessica Simpson and thinking a male escort could be her future husband, well I think it’s only going to end in tears and divorce. Jess – try a bit of speed dating or online dating?? I don’t think love you would seriously have trouble finding a man – I think there is at least 100 males right now who are putting their hands up to take you on a date!
