Older vs Younger Men: Who is better in the bedroom?
News.com has revealed today that actress Cate Blanchett would rather go to be with a man in his 60s, than to have sex with a toyboy!
She has admitted that she can’t understand why women want to date younger guys when they can have an older man who has more life experience? Probably more experience in bed too!!!
But does this make older men better lovers?
Recently, a friend of mine had a fling with a man 10 years younger than her. At the time she was a little concerned with the age difference in that he may be too immature for her, but once they hit the bedroom her opinion soon changed. According to her, he was the best lover she has ever had – full of energy, spontaneity and wasn’t afraid to experiment. The next day my friend was left sore and quite out of breath – but she still conceives that it was the best sex of her life.
Demi Moore is another example of toyboy success – I don’t see her complaining about her sex life!
Cate Blanchett though may have a point – perhaps because men are older and more mature, they may have squashed for bedroom qualms and be more sexually confident. By the time they hit mid 30s onwards, you would think they would know what turns them on and how they like their sex so they can share it with their lovers.
However, one question remains: can older men really perform to the highest maximum like their younger counterparts?

Perhaps older men too get too tired once they get older and think the ladies should do all the work. They may think they have had their days of being a god in the bedroom and think it's time for the ladies to step up!

Actually, a number of my girl-friends have dated or are dating younger men. One of my closest friends is married to a guy almost 8 years younger than her.
I don't think I could sleep with someone a lot older than me......well unless he's REALLY rich.....or is Pierce Brosnan or Harrison Ford.....then I could probably get past the ick factor. LOL.

I have some strange magnetism with women who are substantially older than me (from 6 to 16 years my senior), and have had a fair bit of experience with them over the last year or two.
I agree with TonyK - they certainly do know what they want, how to get it, and what they like in the bedroom (and various other household locations). While I'll avoid being too graphic (for once) I will say that in my experience, older women are more open to trying new things and are more adventurous.
There's also the point that I find older women are far less shallow (in terms of looks) than girls my own age - I'm not a bad sort but older women seem to look past that and see personality as well. Yeah yeah, generalisations ahoy.
